Over the next few weeks, I will be introducing new doctors who have recently joined FertilityPsych. Today I am introducing David and his career so far.
David graduated with a medical degree from the University of Sydney in 2004 and completed his psychiatry training at Royal North Shore Hospital. He also has a Masters of Psychiatry. He has worked in remote and rural settings for many years as well as working in acute and community mental health settings in Sydney.
David has an interest in engagement principles and forming meaningful connections with those he sets out to help, including having completed research in humour and engagement. He has a strong interest in capturing the stories of people’s lives which includes the pathways of establishing and growing a family.
