Access Your Super for Medical Costs – A Simple Process

If you want to access your Super for medical expenses, we’re here to guide you through the process. Follow these easy steps:

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Book an Appointment – Schedule a consultation with us.
  2. Get a GP Referral – Request a referral from your doctor and send it to us.
  3. Attend Your Appointment – Meet with our specialists for an assessment.
  4. Receive & Pay Your Invoice – Once you receive our Invoice via email, proceed with payment. Please check your junk mail folder.
  5. Receive Your Report & CRS Form – We’ll provide the necessary documentation for your application so you can submit it.
  6. Book a GP Follow-up – Schedule an appointment with your GP.
  7. Meet Your GP – Your doctor will complete their section of the CRS form.
  8. Submit Your Application – Submit your completed application to the ATO via MyGov
  9. Claim Your Rebate – If you are entitled to a Medicare rebate, submit your claim via MyGov

How to Submit Your Application

1. Go to MyGov and login
2. Log in to ATO online services.
3. Select Super → ManageCompassionate Release from the menu.
4. Once the new page launches, select Apply.
5. Complete the Application

Processing Timeline

Here’s what to expect at each stage of the process:

📅 Booking Your Appointment – Average wait time: 2 to 3 weeks.
Your Appointment – Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes.
📝 Report Preparation – Your report will be ready within 1 to 2 working days.
ATO Review & Approval – The ATO may process your application in as little as 2 working days, but it can take up to 2 weeks.
